Since having my daughter in 2018 bump and babe sessions have taken on a whole new significance. This session however holds a personal record of closest session to baby’s birth!

When you imagine your January wedding in Ontario you never picture a rain storm, but that’s what mother nature gave Sarah & Stephen for their Whistle Bear wedding. Being the total champs that they are, they embraced it.

Well before beginning as a wedding photographer 10 years ago I definitely had thought about my wedding - mostly the photography and how chill it would be to be honest. Now, as I sit here on my 3rd wedding anniversary I reflect and I am so grateful for how we did “our own thing” and made our day exactly what we wanted.

Tony & Clare’s Walper Hotel wedding was simply perfect. From start to finish their special day was full of joy, love, and laughter. Their friends and family came from all across North America to celebrate with them and the excitement of that was tangible.

When try to make a sunset mini session happen with 3 small kids you have to roll with the punches, that’s just how it goes! Kaleena & Jesse rocked this session though. Were the kids perfectly posed and always smiling? No. But is that real life with 3 kids? Also no! Instead the kids were themselves, joking around, twirling, laughing, smiling, and just being freaking adorable - which is way better than cookie cutter “posed” expressions!

When Andy & Cara contacted me and shared a bit of their story I knew the special day they were asking me to capture would be one to remember.
