Photographer, mom, storyteller and the calm presence you’ll be grateful to have beside you on your wedding day.

I’m an Ontario wedding photographer based in Kitchener-Waterloo, and for more than 15 years I’ve had the absolute privilege of documenting people who love deeply.

I’m drawn to the photographs that hold real feeling: the nervous breath before walking down the aisle, your people losing it during the speeches, the tiny hand squeeze no one else noticed and the portraits that make you stop and think, that is so us.

I’m a mom to two incredible girls, a wife, a lifelong creative and someone who genuinely loves getting to know people.

When I’m not photographing or editing, you’ll probably find me with my family, out for a walk, playing tennis, planning our next trip, serving with my church or watching something funny after the kids are in bed. I love the ocean, meaningful conversations, really good food and photographs that grow more valuable as life changes.

I’m warm, organized and enthusiastic - but also calm when things don’t go according to plan. That combination has become a huge part of what I bring to wedding days.

Not just the carefully planned details, but the relationships and unscripted moments that made the day meaningful.

My work is documentary at heart, but that doesn’t mean leaving you to figure everything out on your own. I’ll offer calm, natural direction when you need it and step back when you don’t - giving you beautiful portraits while leaving plenty of room to experience your actual wedding day.

My Why

Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. There’s an old photograph of three-year-old me holding a toy camera while my dad brought my baby sister home from the hospital - and somehow, even then, I wanted to preserve what was happening around me.

I photographed my first paid session in 2010, and more than 15 years later, the meaning of this work has only deepened.

Life changes. People grow. Some seasons are joyful and others are incredibly hard. Photographs give us something tangible to return to: proof of the love surrounding us and a way to experience pieces of our story again.

That is why I document weddings with so much care. These photographs aren’t only for today. They are part of your family’s history.
