Lana + Alex - Wedding

Lana and Alex have a romance movie love story. Lana says that she and Alex like to joke about the first moment the two realized each other existed - it was when Lana dropped her backpack full of books right in front of Alex and his friends during lunch way back in tenth grade. They made eye contact and of course, she was mortified - but it didn’t matter. The two would eventually connect again in their Careers and Civics class and, well, here they are today!

The couple had a small and intimate wedding with their closest friends and family. They chose to do private vows just the two of them during their first look - which is such a wonderful idea for couples who are nervous about sharing their vows in front of everyone or simply want to keep that moment private!

Their ceremony was beautiful and so were all the speeches at their reception. I loved having the opportunity to capture all those laughs and (happy) tears from the couple and from their friends and family. You could truly feel the love in the room - not just between the couple but also between all of their guests.

When a couple has been together this long, there is so much history between friends, family and of course, the couple. It was such an honour to capture so many timeless, special moments on their wedding day.
