Since having my daughter in 2018 bump and babe sessions have taken on a whole new significance. This session was actually the last in-home maternity session I was able to shoot right before COVID-19 shut down the world (basically) in March of 2020. I am so honoured M+D trusted me to capture these memories and so happy the session happened when it did. C-19 changed a lot of their plans when it came to the birth of their first child, most importantly that M’s family was not able to travel to be there for the birth as they live internationally. I am forever grateful to have been able to capture these images so that their family + friends could be a part of this special time even at a distance. Also, check out how cute their cats are who photobombed nearly all their photos!!
