I’m from Newfoundland living in Ontario. Kristina is from Halifax, NS and is living in Kelowna, BC & Thomas is from Edmonton living in Kelowna, BC. The two were married in Halifax, Nova Scotia and now plan to move to Mongolia in 2020. Clearly, their celebration in Halifax on the water was a gathering of friends and family from coast to coast, literally. Kristina and Thomas did their wedding day their way. With a relaxed morning getting ready at her family home, Kristina kept things simple - doing her own makeup and hair the way she usually does and sporting a beautiful thrifted vintage dress that she had altered to fit her absolutely perfectly. They were married at her childhood church, where they sang a beautiful song together and had their Poppa pray over them. It was such a personal and beautiful ceremony. Following the ceremony we adventured around, capturing photos by the water, in the fog, and even got a little stop in for coffee + tea at my favourite Dartmouth cafe - Two Ifs By Sea. (Side note, if you’re looking for incredible coffee/espresso their brand Anchored is my all time fave. Worth getting it shipped to you.)
